Steps to flush the Java Cache on a Windows Computer

First, locate the java console icon in the lower right corner of your screen.   Have the recorder program running, or any other java application running in a browser
RIGHT-CLICK it and select "control panel":
Under the General tab, click the "settings" button
Click the "delete files" button
Finally, make sure both checkboxes are checked and click OK.
